Our Media Secretary is Ree McCoy.  This is her fourth year in the Media Center.  She has been in the Clayton County Public School system since 2005.  She has an undergraduate degree from Fort Valley State University and a Masters Degree from Phoenix.  She coaches boys' basketball.

The Media Center is open to students daily from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
Students may visit the Media Center before or after school, but when classes are in session, they must have a pass from the teacher.
Students may check out three books at a time, and keep them for two weeks.  If more time is needed, books may be renewed for an additional two weeks.
The Media Center provides access to computers for students' classwork, research, and projects.  Students are not allowed to play games on the Media Center computers!  Students may not print in the Media Center.

For research, we highly recommend the Galileo High School website:
The Britannica High School database is especially helpful, as it provides access to encyclopedia articles, images, videos, and websites that support the Georgia Common Core performance standards.
For access away from school, a password is required.  The password as of 08/03/17 is: door
