Born in Havana, Cuba in 1964 and based in Atlanta, Georgia, Delgado has a BFA in Sculpture and Drawing from the Higher Institute of Fine Arts and a MFA in Printmaking from Savannah College of Art and Design. He printed over 25 years for outstanding national and international artists and taught Spanish to foreign students in his native home city.
