Hello! My Name Is...

Ms. Vital

<I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Jacksonville State University. While there, I was a member of the world-famous Marching Southerners. With my fellow 500 marching band members, I was granted the opportunity to travel all over the country, including Michigan, Louisiana, Florida, and Hawaii. I was also a member of the Georgia Mass Band, from the years 2018 to 2019. My primary instrument is the flute, with an extension to piccolo. I have also dabbled in trumpet, oboe, and tenor saxophone.

In my spare time, I write pieces of marching band music for the Morrow Mustang Marching Band. I also take some time to play with my two dogs, which my students hear about and see pictures of them often.

At Morrow High School, I am the assistant band director, under Mr. Teddy Taylor, the head band director. The courses that I teach are two guitar classes, consisting of beginners and intermediate students, and one concert band. I look forward to working with your students and I am looking forward to a great year at MHS! GO MUSTANGS!!>
